Looking forward to hearing all your top tips. I've just been in bed reading about Cafe Anne's experiment to go a whole week without lying, hilarious.

I was just reminded of this lovely poem about interconnection:

The Red Wheelbarrow

-

so much depends

upon

a red wheel

barrow

glazed with rain

water

beside the white

chickens.

Lyrically the opposite of what we’re trying to do with our hearts but you know, can’t deny a groove! 🤷🏻‍♀️🤣

I've been enjoying this piece of music. Will play it at an evening of meditation for world peace that I'll be leading soon at the Barcelona Buddhist centre. Xxx

Two fantastic things which I encountered this week are Alain de Botton’s The School of Life https://www.theschooloflife.com/ I have the app and its is full of fantastic food for thought on a daily basis. (I also got a stack of his books from the library). And I went to see the Marina Abramovic exhibition at the Royal Academy https://www.royalacademy.org.uk/ she tests the limits of body and mind. I prefer her later works, but it’s all worth a visit. Or if you can’t get there you could read her memoir https://www.amazon.co.uk/Walk-Through-Walls-Marina-Abramovic/dp/1101905042
